Valent Touch Global guarantees to repair the product free of charge or to replace it with a new one, in the event of any manufacturing defect related to the product, such as stone drop, deformation, gram difference, difference in setting, in the jewelery products delivered to your address. In the case of cosmetic products, we guarantee to replace it with a new one, if there have been cases such as breakage or spillage during transportation. In such cases, before signing the cargo delivery report, check the incoming product and if there is any deformation in the product, do not take delivery of the cargo by not signing the delivery report. Since your products are sent insured, the products not received are returned to us and the error is corrected and sent back to your address with insurance. Products that are delivered unchecked are out of warranty as they are out of the scope of insurance. Please sign the delivery report after checking the product to be under warranty.
Since the products are covered by insurance until they are delivered to you, Valent Touch Global will send you the product you bought again and collect the price of the product from our insurance company Loomis Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş. Physical damage caused by user errors is not covered by the warranty.
