Gold jewelery, which will be produced exclusively for you, DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN. Please confirm by reading the form and accepting that you are not entitled to return.
Our customers, from the date of receipt, according to the law on consumer protection, the product they have purchased; You can replace it with a different product from the same product group within the first 14 days after the invoice date, if it is different from the picture shown on the site, is different from the specified gram, is different from the specified setting, or there is a deformation in the product. 

• In order for the change and return process to begin, in case the product arriving at your address is different from the picture shown on the site, is different from the specified grams, is different from the specified setting or the product is deformed, our customers must contact us by phone or e-mail and make a change for the exchange process. Must have a tracking number. Except for these cases, since our products are produced with a personal order, there is no right of return within the scope of the relevant law.
• The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically changed in any way are not refundable. After the product is examined by our specialists, the return process is initiated.
• The packaging, certificate and invoice of the product to be returned must be sent together with the product.
• The product to be returned must comply with the terms of "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 and "Products whose Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" in Article 15 of the "Distance Sale Contract".
In order to complete the return / exchange process, our customers have to send the product to the Valent Touch Global Management Center with a guaranteed cargo by filling out the return form we send with the return tracking number. Shipping costs incurred at this stage belong to our customers. With the product to be returned, our customers must return: Cargo report, product packaging, product warranty certificate, invoice (everything sent in the package).Refunds cannot be made for products sent without an invoice or warranty certificate. In such a case, the product is not accepted and sent back. The product to be returned must be completely undamaged. Products that are scratched, damaged, missing, used or physically changed in any way are not refundable. Product returns are processed after the product is examined by our experts.Payments made by money order / EFT, if the return of the product is approved, the relevant invoice amount is returned to the bank account within 10 days. If the payment is made using a credit card, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your credit card account.
